Service sets

To guarantee the optimal operation of our machines, it is important that you carefully follow the Henkelman guidelines for your machine during maintenance or when replacing parts. We recommend that you always use original parts. This guarantees safety and ensures that your machine continues to perform without loss of quality. You can order parts separately, but we also have complete service sets available.

Service & Support

Every Henkelman machine comes with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty. If a component breaks or fails within this period, it will be covered by your warranty. Of course, this does not include wear and tear parts. All parts can be ordered through your local dealer. As well as our standard warranty, you also have an agreement with your dealer regarding service and support. If you still have questions that have not been answered, please get in touch with your dealer or with us.

Set your ACS programs

For all ACS equipped Henkelman machines we offer you an easy and convenient way to program your own settings. Through our ACS configurator you can set or adjust your programs on your PC or laptop. Also the settings of the various labels can be programmed with this configurator. Once set, you can import your settings to the Henkelman machine via an USB thumb drive and the import function.
