Frequently asked questions
To prevent sharp objects from tearing through the vacuum bag, it is best to use the soft air function. This is available on all Henkelman vacuum packing machines except the Jumbo.
For non-food products it is not necessary to set a very deep final vacuum. If your product contains a lot of trapped air, such as cardboard, clothing or filters, we advise you to choose a lower vacuum setting.
