The Chef's Garden's Roots 2019
Trends in sustainable food, large and small farmers united, opportunities to meet up with the who’s who in the industry, and sample an incredible meal. That’s what The Chef's Garden's® Roots on the Road conference was all about. The event took place on March 23rd at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden and was concluded with a seasonal farm-to-table dinner, prepared from fresh, local grown produce. The "Waste Not, Want Not Dinner" was hosted by Henkelman Ambassador Chef Peter Barlow. The challenge was not to waste a thing over the weekend. Overall, a succesfull event with brand awareness exposure to over 60 local chefs in DFW area.More events
