Red meat function

Fast and efficient

Robust construction
The robust Polar double chamber is made entirely of durable stainless steel. The seamless joints between the chambers and the housing create a sturdy construction that is also easy to clean.
Flat work plates
The Polar’s standard flat work plates make the packaging of different products simple. The work plates are also easy to clean and to keep clean, partly due to the removeable silicon holder.

Liquid Control
Stops the vacuuming process when evaporation is detected. This prevents contamination of the chamber, oxidation of the pump, and dehydration and loss of weight
Heavy duty model
Special version of the machine that can be operational for 20 hours per day.
High lid
Offers a useable chamber height of 300 mm instead of the standard 255 mm. Only available for Polar 2-85
External pump connection
Allows external installation of the pump in separate locations.
Sensor control
Detects the vacuum pressure and automatically stops the process when the preset vacuum percentage is reached
Advanced Control System (ACS)
Advanced full color operating system with 20 pre-programmed or user-configurable programs and extra functions for optimal user-friendliness.
Gas Flush / MAP packaging
Extends the shelf-life and protects vulnerable products from distortion and discoloration through the addition of preservative gas

Enables an independent time setting of the sealing wire and the cutting wire.
Inclined insert plate
Positions the vacuum bag at an angle. This makes it easier and more efficient to vacuum pack fluids and powders.
Thermal label printer
Ultra-compact thermal printer (HACCP proof) for labeling products. Only in combination with the Advanced Control System.
Maintenance kit (table model)

Yes. The construction of a Polar double chamber vacuum packing machine means that it can be lifted and/or moved with a forklift. Please take the centre of gravity into account.
The Polar has a technically complex construction. A background in or knowledge of technology is therefore highly recommended. Please contact your dealer if you have any questions about maintenance.
Yes. Even though the Polar is equipped with pre-set programs, you can easily adjust these programs to suit your needs.
