Fully automatic workflow
For a fully automatic, optimal process with minimal downtime and maximum output, you can combine the Titaan 110 (single-chamber) or the Titaan 2-90 (double-chamber) with the Diptank 200A. After vacuuming, products go directly or via an external conveyor belt to the dip tank. After a brief immersion, the platform takes the vacuum-packed product along the integrated conveyor to the next step in the packaging process.
Automatic lid
If you want to automate but don’t need a complete line, you can choose a Polar or Titaan with automatic lid. This opens and closes the lid automatically at the beginning and end of the vacuuming cycle. You can choose whether this is fully automated or operated with a foot pedal. Using the automatic lid reduces the physical effort required by the operator.
