Personal HACCP plan

HACCP is short for Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points. It refers to a systematic preventive approach to food safety from biological, chemical, and physical hazards in production processes that can cause the finished product to be unsafe. A HACCP plan contains design measurements to reduce these risks to a safe level. Henkelman USA partners with third expert party Kellerman Consulting that developed a template that can be used for your own personal HACCP plan.
